Service

For all products complaints may eventually occur and repairs are necessary. Therefore we, the MARCO team, like to offer you our service. In order to ensure a quick processing, we would like to announce our guidelines how our complaints and repairs are treated:

Advice

We kindly ask you to notify complaints by telephone or by fax. In that way unnecessary parcels and mix-ups can be avoided. You can call our service number +43 6244 7081 22 and tell us all suggestions, desires and complaints you have. If repairs of damages are outside of the guarantee period, you can receive immediately a quotation if desired.

Carriage paid

Please send your returns with carriage paid. You save time and costs. Carriage forward parcels delay the handling and cause additional manipulation costs, which we charge you. In case of a justified warranty claim we will refund the paid postal and freight charges to you.

Warranty

The company MARCO Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. grants for all products a guarantee of six months starting from the purchase date of the final consumer, but no later then 12 months after the distribution of MARCO to the dealer. Therefore we ask you to attach a copy of your cash voucher to the complaints. Otherwise you will be charged for the repair costs. Please note that the warranty refers only to material and production defects. The warranty does not cover defects, which were caused by transportation, operating errors, impact or accidents.

Retour

Reshipments must be packed into transportation cardboard boxes which are intended for the product. Possible transport damages are not covered by the warranty.

Upon request we also repair non-MARCO products, but only in return of a payment. Without advice submitted non-MARCO products will not be accepted. Delivery address: Please only send in your returns after a telephone arrangement under +43 6244 7081 22.

NOTE: Please send in parcels only by carriage paid. Carriage forwarded parcels and parcels which are tagged with the note “poste restante” won’t be accepted by the post office. If complaints are validly the costs will be refunded to you.
