Managing director of MARCO Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. is Reinhart Temmel.
Strong customer orientation and many years of professional experience are shaping his method of operation. His stated goal is to provide functional solutions for parents.
His organisational skills made it possible that with the use of modern information technology a small family business could grow into an international operating business.
Reinhart Temmel is himself the father of three daughters and therefore knows from personal experience the importance of quality and safety, especially for children's items.
His career began with a degree in industrial engineering at the Technical University of Graz. Afterwards he collected work experiences in Upper Austria at a renowned furniture manufacturer as a quality manager. There he rose quickly to the plant manager. After a few years in the furniture industry, Mr. Temmel continued his career with the Austria-representation of the enterprise Kettler, DE, and got connected for the first time with the children's articles through the brand Herlag.
Influenced by the products, which he used for his own children, he realized how many improvements in baby products can be achieved. He decided to carry his children from now on in own children's items and began his work as a self-employed entrepreneur. With the accession of Austria to the European Union in 1995, MARCO was reorganized and doesn’t know any borders within Europe anymore.
