In order to find ideas for new products, we observe the market very closely. We regularly visit trade fairs and stores and are also geared to large trend-setting industries such as the automobile industry.
Equipped with these impressions we organize a “MARCO development brainstormings” with our employees and determine thereby those product ideas which can be followed up in the future. Accordingly our engineers illustrate all functions in technical drawings, which the products must contain. These drafts will be discussed and enhanced in the MARCO development team.
With the finished drawing our engineers let fabricate an initial sample. This is handmade and serves to examine appearance and stability.
After a tight control and the changes of the initial sample by our engineers an advertising sample will be produced. If this sample is approved by the MARCO development team, the new production moulds can be produced and the samples will be manufactured in the real time operation.
